Restore Construction

Casa Costa Boynton Beach, FL

Casa Costa started a concrete restoration project, including on a support beam in the parking garage. Once excavation started, the engineer noticed that the beam was badly corroded and contained a large amount of reinforcement. Upon discovering the site conditions, the engineer contacted NoCo to provide a corrosion protection solution for the beam.

NoCo worked with the engineer to provide a solution that would protect both the steel inside the substrate conrete (not excavated) and the steel within the new patch repair. PatchGuard Connect anodes were installed intot he substrate concrete, along with AMP-UP RB to provide a physical barrier on the surface of the steel.
